    If Boston signs Brewer, then doesn't that mean they messed up in trading Perkins. I thought they were trading him because they were afraid their 3 spot would be too weak.

    If Brewer really had been signed by the Celtics, the FOs of the other teams would have known by now and there would have been news about their other pursuits, ie - Mavs bringing back Pavlovic/Spurs Garrett Temple, etc.
