Great episode from the :40 mark until :55. Kiefer shored up his Best Supporting Actor in a TV Drama award.

I agree with this. This episode overall was much better than the past few though, so I hope it's a sign that this season's finally picking up. And missing the part where Jack actually catches Fayed? Weak!
I'm guessing he does. I also see that being the very end of next week's show so we're left with the 'cliffhanger'That was pretty cool.

As soon as Palmer asked about Jack getting Fayed to talk and hearing there were no assurances, you could tell he was going to launch the nuke. I saw that one coming.
I still think Nadia is a spy and that guy Johnson from last week that found the chip was an accomplice that covered for her.
Strangest season of 24 by far.

the Palmer family sure has a problem with Vice presidents trying to get them thrown out of office.
Well the important part about this episode was the whole thing with trying to get Palmer out of office, and it's not like there isn't enough Jack to go around for the 8 episodes left in this season. I didn't catch the sneak preview but if Fayed doesn't get away, I very much look forward to Jack paying him back for the torture he layed down at the beginning of the season.
The entire show has a problem of using the 25th amendment to take the Pres out of power. It happened in season 4 also when Logan took over after the stealth bomber rendered Keeler incapacitated.

24 is officially BACK IMO. That episode ruled. Alvarez, I suggest you DL it as a torrent or something, that was a can't-miss episode.

Thank God Jack was a big part of this show. If Silver Spons had killed Fayed and recovered the nukes and Jack strolled in with a p/t roll again, I was gonna puke.

i would stay off any public torrent site. most network tv shows can be streamed for free off that network's site, usually very good quality.
