Tony going with that hop-step late in 4th was unforgiveable, i mean he knows they are calling that now, come on man get your head in the game.
I think that was legit, I mean they made us learn that move in Freshmen basketball. Dribble and take a jump stop. I see no travel on that.

Unless if he took two steps than did a jump stop.

If you didn't see the game, then I'm not sure what we can tell you.

Vaughn ran the offense well and played defense. Beno chose not to tonight.
I'll take you on your word since I didn't see the game but Beno was hardly given much of a chance to recover from his mistakes when yanked within a minute.

Beno makes mistakes but he can give you passing and scoring. Something Vaughn can't. I just think we could have used his scoring tonight. He virtually matched Vaughn's scoring in under a minute. We seemed to have struggled to score in stretches tonight.

I can't be sure but I also seem to remember him jacking up at least 2 ill-advised shots in the fourth.

Just got back from the game. On the radio they were talking to an assistant coach who, when asked about Manu, said it was a lower back injury, but that the trainer had cleared him to keep playing. Pop chose not to risk it. That was perhaps a questionable decision on his part, but probably not even in the top five of questionable decisions he made this game. Some of his lineup decisions were beyond rational comprehension.

Vaughn can pass, and he defends. Had Beno made any sort of effort defensively he would have played. That's on him. He knows what's expected of him.

Speak for yourself. You are past your bedtime. Dirk will be waiting for his massage. Get to it

Should I be in lol mode right now?

You should be the one giving massages to the spurs.

I'll go with what Bruno is saying. In the 2nd he Vaughn did a good job, but it wasn't as good in the fourth. Although I think that was pops idiocy for going with that lineup.

    God, that lineup was attrocious.

He's the nba's darling. Sternie has ordered you to keep him looking pretty and remind him not to make that non-call travel look so obvious.

Yeah, I suppose he should know how touchy Pop is about defense by now but damn, he probably could have helped us in the fourth when we needed scoring.

I know I'm not the only one who saw this, but who else saw Jason terry acting
like a punk street thug?Once the buzzer sounded there he was yelling out to the crowd with his hands up.Not one once of class whatso ever and dirk,it
seems,is starting to follow that act.All in all it was a good game, but I hate to see a lack of respect from any team.

its called passion man, ive seen it around the league with scrub teams winnin or a team givin payback, i think thats good for the game durin in-games, but after win; NO. just makes you look stupid and havnt won , at leasts spurs can always say that the mavs choke in the finals so there is nothing to cheer about on the spurs court. His lucky they dont give out techs for celebrating a win

nah over here down under, they call it a travel

and in nbalive doin that will be a charge since i like blockin lanes and it doesnt work ingame to score points, its not effective.

Bonner didn't play all game. He had ice water in his veins. Finley definitely got fouled
Yeah I think it's a HUGE mistake that we aren't getting Bonner in the rotation. We are going to need his shooting.

Bet he has major soreness tomorrow. We need to get him in the whirlpool before they leave for another mini-West Coast trip.

There was no official word. We know as much as you. I'd say its at the least a severe bruise on his ass, probably more like a tailbone bruise and worst case the tailbone is broken.
what? Manu is injured again? and we LOST? Dallas almost choked right there after a 17pt-adv, huh

BTW a tailbone injury is think is even worse than a broken wrist or back spasms usually suffered by some NBA players bec it's connected to the spinal column. I hope Manu's injury is not even this close-a broken tailbone. That really sucks bec usually a tailbone injury can take quite a while to heal. Some people do not completely recover for 8 weeks or even longer.

now I'm sad not because we lost but bec Manu might be injured again and miss some impt games.

forget Jason Terry he was once a loser before he became a Mav. He's not used to winning games

good for Dirk not to follow Jason's act. He might have remembered the day they won game 7 in S.A. then choked against Miami.

Was he anywhere near the Spurs fans caught on TV flipping off Cuban the other Mavs players as they were headed for the locker room?
