I think you are right s bag. But I think if you would leave out the whole "intent" thing it would give them nothing else to argue. We truly don't know what the intent was. Given the history of Bowen sticking his feet out on a jump shooter we FEEL that was the intent.
There is no question there was contact but we have no way of knowing Bowen's intent.
