Tough on the Rangers with the freaking Angels having an extra posh schedule and the Rangers playing the freaking Twins Red Sox back to back.

Further proof that Elvis Andrus is the shiznit: he gets in a run-down and avoids being tagged out long enough to allow Michael Young to get to 2nd. The next pitch is a single that allows Young to score, when he wouldn't have been able to from first, obviously. I love me some Andrus.
another good win over the Red Sox, and another series win over them. We are now 11-3 against the Red Sox and Angels this season, the two teams we are currently chasing in the division and wild card races.
Damn the Angels are going to take both over the Royals. Would you guys say its Division or bust at this point? The Wild Card looks like it will be tough to get.
Right now we are about the same amount of games behind Boston in the wild card as we LAA in our division.
I still think we will take the division because we have been winning head 2 head vs the Angels. It's so rare especially in baseball, especially in our divison, to completely own a team in your division and have them win it over you because of the amount of games you play against each other
Angels are playing without their two best hitters and Texas still can't make up ground. I have a really hard time seeing Texas winning the AL West. Angels will win it and then lose to the Red Sox in the playoffs like they always do.
That squeeze bunt by Andrus was beautiful. And the first-to-third on the hit before it set it up. The Rangers displayed some really good baseball that inning.

Instead of ing about how the Rangers didn't gain any ground by sweeping, you turned it around.
I won't lie, I am disappointed that they didn't get at least a game on them but they could have easily fallen 6 games out w/o the sweep so I am happy.
The Royals suck. LA is about to play Minny and remember what they did to us...Look at the bright side, we get the Royals now.
They also get Zack Greinke in game 1.
