Well judging from your 'fro, I'm guessing....
not to rain on your parade, but you know that people will usually knock off at least 10 pounds when guessing your weight, just as they knock off at least 5 years when guessing your age.
Weight is only a number. What really matters is that you are balanced. That means if you want a brownie... have two... so your hips grow at the same rate.
good advice, Angel_Luv. Actually, as disgusted as I am right now with my extra poundage, I'm very appreciative that I've always had a shapely figure and am in proportion....not matter how much excess junk in my trunk at present.

If Dove was concerned about showing "real women", how come those women that they featured have been air brushed? Shouldn't they have just taken a picture and been done with it?
Air brushing is probably the leading cause of women feeling inadequate with what they see in magazines ... since those girls don't even look like that in real life.

2 pregnancies and significant weight gain/loss made my tummy look like a road map that would make the best plastic surgeon wince.
