Just for the record I was not making fun of Kyle - you know I am a fan of his. The allusion was very funny though.

Kyle will still be a Spur next season partly because he has proven himself to have a lot of toughness in addition to skill and BBIQ.

I really, really hope so. He also helps the team's chemistry a lot and that is going to be shaky when Manu retires.. which I would no longer predict but it may just happen when you really least expect it bc he's come back each season we thought was it for several years already.

I am just in a negative funk about Spurs not re-signing their young guys, so my pessimism shows up here and there. I do think Spurs want him back and he has fit in and is happy so I think both parties will try to make it work.

My vague reference about the trolling over his knee injury was for tholdren... but he's probably someone not worth referencing even vaguely.

Apparently once he reached his restrictions minutes he went to the locker room to receive his “normal-after-game-treatments”.

Was at the game. Kawhi definitely looked tired out there very fast. I'm guessing it takes until January before we really see him in the full swing of things.

People freaking out over the loss last night and asking about the offense are nutty. The Spurs offense was fine last night except for them not hitting shots. There is going to be a period of adjustment, but the flashes of what Gay/Kawhi/LMA are going to be together is scary.

Eh, kinda true. Danny missed 2 very very wide open 3s. He makes those, maybe Pop doesn't go micro ball, maybe keeps Danny in, and maybe Juanito Joseito Barrea doesn't have a cake walk to the rim the entire 2nd half.
We tend to forget how dependent this team is on Danny 3's to be excellent.
