I am flipping through channels and I have the Transguide views from ch21 on...is it bad for me to want to see someone sliding on the roads?
Well, no call from the boss, so I'm getting up at 6:30 to get ready to go in. I've got my route planned out to take surface streets and minimize bridges, and I'll stop to grab some breakfast tacos on the way in, because it's going to be a LONG drive. It's 17 miles or so, and normally takes 30 mins, but I'm allowing double that, and tough for them if it takes me longer than that.

just a little while ago they showed a clip of a two lane road, on one lane was a pick up truck, on the other was a tractor trailer/18 wheeler type truck. well the pick up hit a patch of ice and started swerving out of control, slid onto the path of the trailer, slid right back out before the trailer hit it, missed one other car, and stopped on the side in the grass
The last pic is from a window I cleared off earlier and covered with cardboard.

I went to defrost my truck since it is going to sleet and ice some more tonight. My truck had 2 inches of ice covering it, it took me 3 gallons of hot water to even open my door
