Ticket renewals came out this morning. They're moving the student and band sections. Visitor seating is moving upper deck Northeast corner:

Howe is a good dude and he's done his best to keep things calm.
Holland and Roach stay in their recruiting lanes and haven't really acknowledged it.
Per 24/7, DE Caleb Okechukwu of Washington, D.C. will make an official visit to Texas on January 19th.

The Football Brainiacs are saying 2019 OL Jack Buford of St. Louis, MO is planning on visiting UT at the end of this month.
He mentioned the UT coaches are consistently contacting him and LB Ayodele Adeoye is telling him how badly he needs to get to Austin for a visit.

Also from The Football Brainiacs, 2019 S Kenyatta Watson of Loganville, GA is planning to see UT in early February.
There is no set date for Texas' upcoming Junior Day, but my guess is Watson will try to attend.

damn rough college experience for Kyle.
24/7 is reporting Coach Orlando's new annual salary will be $1.7 million.
He made approximately $1.1 million in his first year at UT.
Here are some quotes from Del Conte about improving Texas' gameday experience (24/7):
“We spent an inordinate amount of time on game day experience at TCU,” Del Conte said.
“I’d take executive staff with me to away games, and we’d arrive five hours in advance, walk the ground, go to tailgates, evaluate student seating and everything else."
“I’m a big fan of R&D: rip off and duplicate.”
Lol better than sitting on the bench in Houston I guess
he won't get drafted but he will wind likely get signed as a free agent after the draft. the question is will the en led brat have enough patience to be on anyone's practice squad?
He elaborated a bit on the premium board.
"Not a ton I can say here but I’ll note that a) there are a lot of guys trending towards Texas…trending perhaps even more than I initially thought and b) you should find out soon enough why there is an additional reason for Texas to be optimistic about closing well."
"Why there is an additional reason??" Kind of curious what this means...almost as if it's a sole purpose we should end on a high note. Do they know who the 10th assistant will be and is he a bonafide recruiter? Maybe I'm reading too much into that line or it was worded differently than he intended.
Hoping it's offensive linemen grad transfers.
Dont worry.
The Aggies will claim they have brought in a whole slew of better recruiters. So no big deal.
Just a reminder the dead period ends at midnight.
Last recruiting surge begins shortly.
The new assistant is my guess as well.
Not sure what else it could be.
In my opinion based on the first part of that quote he must know we'll land an OL grad transfer and has some good inside on some DL guys. Locking up pieces from both lines are the only way this can be considered a strong finish. Must be good news from either Calvin Anderson, the Stanford guy and some combo of Vernon Jackson, Tyree Wilson, Ojomo or Caleb the kid from DC.
