Men can have something close to multiple orgasms, but it's not the same. It involves ejaculation more than once, because the first or second wasn't complete. Women however can have full orgasms, and then again within a minute or two. With women, each one gets more intense, and involves "pussy farts" too. This level of climax is hard, if not impossible to fake.
Sometimes a woman's orgasm is simply continuous, getting stronger and stroner. It can go on in some women for as long as a guy (gal, toy, etc) can keep it up.

A "pussy fart" ( ing horrible term, by the way) has never been an integral part of a woman's orgasm, no matter how intense it may be.
My personal best was 5 times in about 7 hours a few months ago. I hear it slows down once you get older though.

I hate the term too, but I've been told otherwise by the women I've had sex with. Maybe I used the wrong word, but sort of an uncontrollable pumping of the muscles that happens during intense orgasm.

Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it counts as multiple (double) for me. It's still not as satisfying as orgasms I've given. Maybe it's because I'm so wore out by the time the second one is there. I get physically exhausted.
