Nothing makes me want to vote for a Republican more than the judicial activism argument.

I don't know -- hearing that for the 16,743rd time, I'm now convinced that concerns for judicial activism are actually principled arguments with objective bases that don't have anything to do with simply disliking the outcome of cases.

I'll give you guys this, he's not the greatest speaker in the world. However, LMFAO at all you guys expecting anything other then a "hooray for us" type of speech. It's the ing convention, that's what it's for. That's what the Dems used it for last week and that's what the repubs are doing this week.
