It got revoked because he chose not be a total homer? Damn Tlong it seems you can't handle the truth.![]()
I'd take an all-around player over a one-dimensional scorer any day.
Gotta love that "I'm right and reality is wrong" logic.
As much as i love the blazers next year( will root for them against anyteam not named spur or suns), JJ > roy. Much better shooter and much more experienced.
Exactly, Tlong is being quite childish here. I still love the blazers, they have a lot of potential this year. They've done a good job starting over and getting rid of scrubs like Randolph. It hasn't exactly been easy watching them the past several years.
The Celtics, the best defensive team last year, double-teamed Joe Johnson more than they doubled Kobe. In fact they blatantly doubled JJ away from the freaking ball.
JJ is the prototypical swingman, terrific on offense and pretty good on defense, clutch, handles the ball well and has the ability to log major minutes without injury. No contest - JJ is much better than Roy
There's no effing way that JJ is better than B-Roy! I'll just let this season play out and you will come to realize this fact!
okay you do that![]()
I would take Rudy Gay over both of these guys.
JJ>Rudy>>>>>>>>Roy

jj v roy

jj v rudy

roy v rudy
if someone knows how to actually post those stats please do so i can learn how to do it.
They don't even stick each other. Gay is a SF.
rudy is on a much crappier team thus inflating his numbers. roy creates a ton for his teammates but gay simply just doesn't. i think rudy is a good player but overrated because of inflated points due to the crappy team around him.

Gay is a SF, while Roy is a combo guard. What else would you expect?
At the same time, he plays on a team full of guards who want to jack up shots too. Their stats are very similar. Gay is also a better athlete, and he's younger.
Johnson is a SG. Roy too but he also can play PG.
Johnson is more talented and can take over games. Roy, not yet at least. I'd take Johnson easily.
