Kevin Durant will solve no problems other than the fact that we will have even less interior scoring (which is virtually impossible to imagine) and less rebounding. All we will have is another tall shooter. Solves absolutely nothing at all. It would be the Nelly-ball Mavs all over again.
You don't understand the badassness of Kevin Durant. And he's not just a jumpshooter. If anything, his driving and fearlessness would improve our points in the paint dramatically. Plus once he fills out, he'll have the muscle to play in the low post.

yeah the Antoine Wright Experiment is officially a failure. He is Greg Buckner/Trenton Hassell all over again. At least they gave him a chance.
It's too bad that he couldn't live up to Adrian Griffin's lofty example.

lets see... he cant rebound... he cant defend... hes weaker than your average high-schooler...

hes a nice player, and will be a great player in the league, but i dont see anyone winning a le if they are trying to build around him. now if someone could pair him up with a guy like Wade, or Lebron, or some superstar guard... then that could be a dynasty right there. the idea of him and Dirk together would be nice, but by then Dirk would be out of his prime, and Lebron will be too busy winning all the les. Our only chance is if Dallas actually got Lebron to come here and win les for us.

I don't think Wright is a spare at all. I think he could start for a lot of teams in this league, but he didnt fit into our lineup because of our need for a shooter at the 2 spot, and the development of Gerald Green. I think a lot of teams would love to have him.

Wright always plays hard, drives heavily, finishes well at the rim, is athletic, and plays very good defense. If he was given more of a chance, he would be a much more coveted player.

Yeah I keep hearing how he can drive to the hoop.....yet I have seen no evidence of such a thing happening.

In fact, of his 19 shots taken this year, 9 are 3-pointers. I'd say at least 5 or 6 of the others were jumpers. I literally have not seem take it to the hoop once this year.

The Mavs are dying to have someone take it hard to the basket, I think if Wright could actually do it, he'd be getting a lot more playing time.

Wright cannot finish well at the rim, cant shoot FT and is a terrible shooter. Sure he plays hard on D but like it was said earlier, he is just another Buckner/Hassell type. He is nowhere near the class of a guy like Adrian Griffin

If you watch the way that the 2 guard is used in their offense, they need a shooter, which is why Terry fits better in there.

Not sure where you get the idea that he is not capable of finishing well. My guess is that one missed layup in the Lakers game.

I'd still like to see how things look with Green playing more at the 2 than the 3, once Howard gets back. Maybe tonight?

The Mavericks aren't a team in a funk, they're not slumping, they're not still getting used to each other, they're not still trying to learn Carlisle's system.

They're just a bad basketball team. It's that simple.

I love how after the fat lady has sung, the Mavs start putting forth some effort to make the score respectable.

There's no way the Mavs can be this bad. Chicago has improved but still the Mavs should be able to take care of them.

They seem to get leads but for some reason or other, they can't keep them.

Better to be bad this year so that we can get that 1st round pick. as it looks rigth now, it will be a lottery pick. The 2010 pick goes to the Nets so this is the year to tank. Mavs should pull a Spurs and when ever Dirk gets any kind of injury just let him sit out the year

What would it take to bring J Ho to Cleveland?

Cavs need a big 2/3 to guard the likes of Pierce and Kobe to give LeBron a rest.

Will Josh ever get back to all-star form?

The way people talk about him on here makes me think he is real .

He never was an All-Star. Just a lucky shooter at some points.

Gerald Green would fix your team, but let's hope Carlisle continues to leave him on the bench.

Well, he was. But let's not let facts get in the way of your lunacy.
