Fade to black? Do you know how television signals are transmitted, dan? Is there a chance that the transmission equipment for multiple stations could be in the same location? And that location just might be affected by, say, the impact of a large jetliner? And maybe the power and therefore the signal could be momentarily interrupted before backup power kicks in?
