and your a blind sheep.
18-30 / Democrat
18-30 / Republican
30+ / Democrat
30+ / Republucan
son it goes both ways. I don't deny that ... but the simple fact is that young people are easily fooled. your typical 21 year old college student couldn't tell you about politics other than what they hear on MTV or from Colbert, Stewart, or Mahers.
and your a blind sheep.
WTF!?!? You don't think there are young 21 yr old kids who don't get their facts from nothing but FoxNews or conservative hacks? Get real.
Dude, typically they follow their parents' political affiliation...
LOL at you yet again son! of course there are! I never said their wasn't! but you mean to tell me that you believe their aren't more liberal young people than their are conservative??? come on dude be real. of all registered 18-35 year olds, only roughly 35% of them are Republican!
Young Americans. Gotta love 'em!!!!!!
then as they age and in the growing up process, they wake up and realize how stupid their political views were in their younger years and most of them turn away from the Democratic party
Horn...you are an EXCELLENT spokesman for your party...keep up the good work...
28, Satanist
wait a minute....
son I'm not even a republican. I am a proud liberal democrat like the media tells me to be.
So then you agree that you are weak minded and easily influenced? Nobody tells me what to think and do...I control my own destiny.
ROTFLMAO .... you of all people on here!???? LMAO .... your the biggest follower that I have ever seen on here son.
I admit, I follow a leader.
You're one of the stupidest people I've ever met on the internet, Hornet troll. Half of your posts are links you pulled from youtube and the rest are things you pulled out your ass.
How strange...
Especially considering that would be a higher rate than the total Republicans from registered voters currently, and right around the historical average.![]()
Actually 30+ and Independent
DOH! All you could infer from this is that there are more young democrats on this board. There is no way based on the question that you could infer anything about the motivations of these young democrats. If you were to go that route, then you would be opening yourself up to the exact inverse (all of the people in the college republicans club are 18 to 30 year old children who think being conservative is the cool thing to be because FOX news and talk radio has told them so).
28 Democrat
Owned.
Again.
Lamenting.
Again.

36 social liberal / fiscal conservative
The fiscal conservative part, however, doesn't mean that I necessarily believe money should go to the things traditional fiscal conservatives do...it just means I think it should be spent more wisely. And, while I'm a social liberal, I think we should be able to own guns, so I'm really just a mutt.
I also think education and diction is a good thing and would dearly love for my political leaders to be able to use the g's on the end of their words again and not be ashamed of ivy league school creds.
It's a testament to how effective the Republican Party has been over the years that an Ivy League education could ever be considered a bad thing.
Dammit! I was gonna say Bull Moose Party.
Ted for teh win!

26 year old, 'liberaltarian'. I'm libertarian on social issues, and somewhere between liberal and libertarian on fiscal issues.
I never got into politics until 2006, when I couldn't stand any more Republicans and their bs. I think Alberto Gonzalez is what really made me lost it though. If I answered, "I don't recall" to -ups that I caused, I'd get an Article 15, not words of praise.
Or we're Democratic because, ya know, we think that destroying the economy, our international reputation and pretty much everything we touch isn't "cool"...
26. Moderate. you for telling me I have to vote for an entire party. I vote for the best candidate. Period.
