Got a few small flurries in Houston tonight. Nothing that stuck, but it was still exciting.

You guys are easily amused.

It's true. But it was so cool! In the evening, during the game, big fluffy snowflakes - REAL SNOWFLAKES, not just frozen rain or sleet! - swirling around in the air and landing on us.

The roofs were white and the trees, and there was enough gathered on our patio furniture to make a snowball - a SNOWBALL!! - that I threw at Jason. The dog ran around trying to bite it out of the air.

One of the best evenings ever, srsly. So much fun. Feels like a good omen.

My boss was supposed to drive in from Houston this morning to give me a performance review - he stayed there because he said the conditions weren't conducive to driving. LOL!

That's OK, it's a lot harder to hide your scorn for someone when you're in the same room.
