The Mavs were doing fine until the Kidd. That's the trade that rocked their franchise. Harris is young and will get better. Plus, you trade 2 1st round picks. Another problem is the regression of Josh Howard. Him and Dirk complemented each other well in the scoring department. Hopefully he can get his career back on track.
The Golden State loss rocked their franchise, just like the 2007 Spurs playoff loss rocked the Suns franchise.
The rigged Finals rocked our franchise.
Even though we won 67 games the next year, it was still a franchise rocker.
Things were not "fine" in 07-08 before the Kidd trade. we were 35-18, which is good, but that's 3 more losses than we had all of the year prior, BEFORE the all star break.
06-07 was some quality defense by the Mavs, top 5 in league can't ask for much better considering our roster... next year it had regressed badly, and Dirk was playing marginal before the Kidd trade as well.
timvp already said it was you. I don't have anything to prove.
mav fan disunity!
For what it's worth, I saw Mike Rhyner at the Jason's Deli on Main Street in downtown today around 12:45.
I'm not LEONARD son.
I'll ask AGAIN...
SHOW ME WHERE HE SAID THIS
or STFU...
Mike Rhyner...Jason's Deli...soft-serve machine!!!!!
You guys went 16-13 after the trade. You may have finished 4th or 5th in the West, plus kept a young PG and the draft picks.
that 16-13 record was fluke bull if I ever saw one. We were 1-9 in games decided in the final minute. Thats a mutha in fluke.
is Spursdynasty really the drummer for that one band?
Spursdynasty is an intergalactic space midget bent on ruling the www

1. an accidental advantage; stroke of good luck: He got the job by a fluke.
2. an accident or chance happening.
3. an accidentally successful stroke, as in billiards.
fluke
3 [flook]
–noun
1. any of several American flounders of the genus Paralichthys, esp. P. dentatus, found in the Atlantic Ocean.
2. any of various other flatfishes.
3. a trematode.
I propose: Only SpursDynasty may use the word "fluke." Everybody else should have their fluke privileges revoked.
Our opponents had a "stroke of good luck" going 7-1 or 9-1 or w/e in games decided in the final minute.
Close games come down to luck more so than "clutch execution".
You're not using the right word. A fluke is something that goes in your favor. What you should be using is aberration.
Kind of like us losing Game 7 at home last season was an aberration.![]()
show us where he confirmed SpursDynasty wasn't you.
btw it seems like Ghazi is trying to position himself as some sort of phenomenal troll in the same league as SpursDynasty and Rogue, but I think we can all agree he's failing miserably.
To make things very uncomfortable, you should have gotten his opinion of 105.3 The Fan.
I just call them like I see them. 1-7 in close games is bad luck.
He intentionally said nothing to make people curious...he's doing a BIT.
