I think it will be easier once we realize who the we have playing for us in a couple of days..
Kurt Thomas should and hopefully will be starting come playoffs. But the whole Bonner thing was a great experience and it kind of worked. But the Spurs are not about Red Rocket 3 pointers...its about D. And he cant guard !!!!
Why cant he shoot 50% 3pt off the bench???
Dont give me that confidence crap either.....
Sequ are you an attention or really this sad?

Bonner is very soft for his size.
?
what about his game is soft? his defense isn't any softer than TD's
I'm sure Sequ knows, he's old enough to know.
The Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page Yardbirds. (Beck far left, Page behind him)
TD overcompensates for his lack of athleticism through extremely high basketball IQ, experience, and length. And that's just on defense.
When you are 6'10 and have the physique of Bonner, you should be able to bang in the paint. Maybe he just doesn't have the skill set since he has relied on his great 3 pt shooting.

Agree with everything except the Horry part - he's done. Hopefully, we can bring Gooden.
What I saw from Bonner today was easily the WORST playoff performance by any Spurs player since I'm a fan, 1994
The original Yardbird

Bonner is worse then 2004 Hedo under pressure. At times tonight he just looked scared less. Also he just can't defend anybody out there. I saw so many times Bass,Dirk, and even Dampier abuse him underneath the basket. I don't think he should play for the rest of the series. Spurs should just risk it and play Thomas-Gooden for the rest of the series.
All of you Bonner fans and wannabees can smb.
i always knew you were gay.
A time to lose and a time to win.....![]()
