That's great you can qoute, thanx for pointing out that you're disagreeing with me, totally had no clue. You're great at pointing out the obvious, one of your job duties as Forum officer we're all very thankful for.
European democracy can mean forms and not necessarily true democracies since even now, the US is more of Republic than a democracy.
Lets see, the roman republic which held elections for representatives.
Cossack republics of Ukraine iin the middle ages, and the british parliament system which was established by the magna carta.
