I like Dirk but for what the Lakers need, Pau is a better fit. More versatile, very high basketball IQ, plays a lot better defense than Dirk, won't back down even though he is not the strongest PF there is, tough mentally, a winner. Like what the Rocket fan said, Dirk is a jump shooter. I like Pau for what the Lakers need him to be.

It would be great if the Mavs actually had a shooting guard that could "shoot"....on offense mavs always have Barea and Wright or George open in the corner and shoot in the low 30's in 3's....Those guys dont play good enough D to warrant consistent playing time anyways. throw Carroll in there to spot up in the corner and shoot set shot 3's
