Let's get a couple things straight right now. Parker's nationality is French because he was raised in France (he was born in Belgium, but I'll bet you don't even know where that is). His father (Tony Parker, Sr.) was an African-AMERICAN who played college ball at Loyola in Chicago, and his mother was Dutch, so even calling him true French is a bit of a misnomer. As far as the Spurs being a bunch of "Non Americans," why don't you look at your own sorry team? Y'all just traded a guy named Vladimir Radmonovich, have a center named Pau Gasol, and a wingman named Sasha Vujacic. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black! Anyways, where you come from is beside the point. The only question I have is, can you play? In the case of Parker and Ginobili (and even Gasol), the answer is a resounding YES. Give people their due, no matter their nationality.
I for one will have to agree with you 100%. You see most of the posters on here are bandwagon fans. If a certain player is on fire, they are Gods and are praised. However, if they are struggling, they are looked upon as losers/underachievers, etc...then demand for them to get traded. Then the cycle starts all over again. So, I know exactly how you feel about it.
But then again, I'm sure...someone/others will reply with bad gestures towards me, which will not phase me one bit. It will only make me grin and again prove my point on what type of fans we've got here. True Spurs fans will always support their team...and not give up on them

As much as I am proud of Team USA achievement lately, basketball is a global sports now. The earlier you get used to the Ginobilis of the world, the wiser you become.
