I was already living in Austin at the time, but the night they won I was back in my hometown in upstate NY where obviously most people were Knicks fans. I was drinking at a local bar and I was the only one in the place celebrating when the buzzer sounded and had to make a quick getaway before the goons came after me. Great night!
