What does belief have to do with it? The Spurs have been the better team lots of times over the years and it couldn't get them past the Lakers or the Rockets. If they show some heart when it counts, they'll win. Do I believe it? The last Spurs team I completely believed in was in '99. The last one before that was I think '95-96, and the belief died when Doc Rivers hurt his back in the playoffs. Obviously the team's belief died too, as they went out with a whimper to the Jazz in the next round.

A team has to make you believe. I didn't believe in the 2003 team, but I still rooted for them.

I believed before TD's ankle injury. I hope the Spurs win the le. I want the Spurs to win the le. But I believe Miami has the best chance.
