Outkast but i don't see how the 2 can really be compared seeing as their music is so different and same with the audience they attract, BEP is mostly famous because of teens who listen to radio music

most people have heard ridin' dirty and don't like Cham but he is one of the very few real rappers that have great lyrics and flow, his new album is supposed to be very positive and different and i think its going to be great just by listening to his new single Good Morning

The Cool Kids aren't all that good of rappers, I know that. I just like their music & style. Putting out good rap music doesn't necessarily make you a good rapper.
Chamillionaire is alright but he's nowhere near "Best Rapper Alive" status.
alright, i'll make it easy then. i don't have much time here or i would name some "underground" acts who i consider better. but plain and simple: KRS-1 and Del tha Funkee sapien are both still alive, pretty well known and more talented then Chamillionaire. and before the fanboys cause noise over this, i'll reiterate that I do like some of chamillionaire's stuff but to say he's the "greatest" alive is nothing short of ludacris.

Del the Funky sapien is fun to listen to, has good lyrics, good subject matter, and a good flow. I'm not sure if he's the best alive either, but I enjoy his stuff.
