Boldin was really laboring in the second half. Do you entertain sitting him next week vs. the Panthers and give Doucet a chance to show something? He's not going to get better playing every week.

Given the way Carolina has looked so far this year, and given how Arizona fared against them last year when Boldin was injured, I say sitting Boldin is a no brainer unless he can prove a lot in practice. I really want the team to keep him or at least keep him happy enough before they trade him where he won't start T.O.ing it (so running his body into the ground and decreasing his value is playing with fire), and even disregarding that situation, we have the rest of the season to worry about.

Best run D in the NFL and one of the worst pass defenses playing a team that is extremely dependent on dominant running, and an offense finally coming alive against a D that has been horrible this year. Sit Boldin, they shouldn't need him against Carolina. If they do, they've got bigger problems than Boldin's health.
