Dallas should win this one. Their offense is on fire, and the Spurs defense right now looks like . It may turn into an old fashioned Taxes shootout with scoring in the 120's range, but for some reason I don't see that happening.
If the Spurs somehow manage to win this, I'll be pleasantly surprise.
If Dallas somehow manages to screw this one and lose, I'll gain new admiration for their inep ude.

Any team can lose on any given night to any other team in the NBA, so of course the Spurs can win.
But I don't think it'll be because of the Mavs taking the night off or anything. This team seems mentally different. We lost games 134-99 last year, 121-97, 102-74... lots of blowouts, lots of lucky close wins... based on the 7 games so far does anyone see that being replicated this year? I don't.
On top of my perception that the team has a better mentality its deeper as well. WE had games last year where Barea/Wright were the starting wings... now its Marion/Howard... Dampier has picked it up. Bubois is a nice sparkplug off the bench. Humphries/Gooden offset Bass... Ross despite being ty is superior to Wright.
easy win for the mavs except if superman alias Matt ing Bonner shows again all his potential : dunks, 3s, hard Defense, bloks, rebounds all the arsenal...
Matt Bonner is the tiest player in the nba. There isn't a thing on this earth that he can do that will make a team win or lose. If we lose, it's because of some sort of meltdown. ha, matt bonner
I want Dallas, but, I'd be awfully surprised if the Spurs don't win.
i expect RJ to own Marion and maybe we'll get a surprise good defender on Dirk...
