I try to sit as far away from other people in crowded places because some of these women bathe in perfume and it gives me awful headaches. I have gone to the bathroom during church to throw up because of it. I hold my breath as I run through the store and those women try to spray me with their samples.



The wrong cologne on a man can make me throw up and send me to a dark room to recover.

I'm sorry to hear this, because as I said I love perfumes. To me it's an integral part of the outfit. I rarely wear cologne during the day, but for those special occasions when I take special care of my appearance - cologne is a must.

I will however agree with you about the "spray ladies" in the stores. I make a point to warn them off well before I'm in range of their sample bottles . Due to the mix of scents in those stores it is in fact quite easy to develop a headache even if your not hypersensitive to perfume.

I know everybody is supposed to know how to use/apply perfume, but it's true that you can often run into people who smell like they really took a bath in some weird perfume tail.

But...

for special occasions I like a little Banana Republic Classic on RG. It's very light and clean, almost smells like a freshly-starched shirt.

And a little off topic for the ladies: Miss Dior Cherie trust me! There's even a hint of caramelized popcorn in it (seriously) but it's a beautiful perfume.

I think I'll put this on my Christmas wish list so I can check it out.

If User gives a damn about any of those types of things he's been lying to me for the past 5 years ... ... but he did admit one time to liking the *fruity* types of scents so I use a lot of Black Raspberry Vanilla or Irresistable Apple more than I wear regular perfume. I {heart} Bath & Body Works.
