I do it all the time. Don't dry them in the dryer, or anything nutty like that, but I wash them in the machine. It's fine as long as you do a small load of delicates.

Actually I think this is a rather common situation. I got fitted at VS once and I was miserable in what they recommended---had all sorts of sharp edges and corners digging into tender areas. So now I do Dillard's for bras. The Wacoal fitter visits there a couple of times per year, I love the bras and prices so that's pretty much all I wear.
