I never post again if someone proves it is me. You never post again if it's proven JJ Hickson isn't my troll. Deal?
It's obvious what the OP meant and what statistical category he was referring to. If the NBA were to end right now, the record books would show that Dirk is ahead of Tim Duncan in "career points". No one is saying Dirk > Tim Duncan so there was really no need for Spurfan to bricks and scream about 4 rings ( got), however BullsDynasty is probably someone's troll and the thread was made to get a reaction out of Spurfan. It did just that.

Do it spurfan! Do it!
I didn't bricks nor throw around the 4 rings ( got), and I won't either.
I really don't have a problem with Dirk passing Duncan at all, because no matter how you count em, it's going to happen being that Dirk is the better shooter.
I'm actually pretty bored.. no game til tomorrow.
You do know ur little whiny franchise player CPee3, huh?
Dirk was allready good before all that handchecking crap and "u cant touch someone driving anymore".
Paul is a product of the new . Put him in the league 15 years ago and his impact and numbers would be cut in half.
lol thanks son. you basically just proved my point. as I said above ALL STAR PLAYERS get tons of bull calls. Paul gets them too, I'm not blind ... he learned from the best at drawing bull fouls. Dirk is one of the top guys in NBA history responsible for creating all of these bogus fouls and flopping.
You are really the only person I have ever met dumb enough to imply that the NBA wants Dirk to be the face of the league. Or even anything close to that. Dirk has to absolutely explode to get any time on ESPN. Last night after his buzzer beater (not a ft) the head line on ESPN was Brandon Jennings follows up 55 point performance with 25 pts in OT loss to Mavs.
The league is more concerned with helping the more exicting starts Like lebron Wade and Paul than it is Dirk.
And Dirk earns all his fts. You would know this if you actually watched games instead of painting yourself black and beating off to your reflection.
You must be pretty dumb
You mean the great white hope right?![]()
its actually around 23-25%. a rediculous number for a guy who goes to the hole once a game on a good day.
dirk is a point guard
duncan is a power forward of course he's gonna have more points non-issue
My point still stands - one have to earn superstar status!
Once again - Dirk is one of the beast in the league and deserves respect!
Same stands for all top players, and I don't have to like Kobe, for instance, but, damn, he deserves respect for his effort on the court.
regular season games duncan/ nowitzki (points)
905 (19 341)/850 (19 373)
play-off games duncan/ nowitzki
160 (3 724)/ 97 (2 472)
total duncan/ nowitzski
1065 (23 065)/ 943 (21 845)
dirk came into the league 1 year after duncan, therefore he has fewer regular season games. the gap would be a bit bigger if not for dirks durability and duncans health issues/ pop's coaching (sit TD on B2B).
play-off games need no explanaition.

Actually not really. He's one of the few players that absolutely has to be crowded for someone to defend his shot. Most do not. Timmah for a long time did also as he would pull his arms up through the defense for a foul shot, not so much anymore.
I agree with the colored guy....LOL @ the great white hype![]()
Duncan's still up 4 to 0 where it really counts
After last game, again: !!!
