are you gonna tell me that the pats didnt have one of the better defenses that the NFL has seen? they might not have had as many individually talented players, but they were a complete defense, and arguably the smartest defense in NFL history. they played together as well as any defense you will see. that defense was sick as .

the only guys that really stick out as potential HOFs for the colts are Manning, harrison, and wayne. and manning is the #1 reason those other two guys would even be in the discussion. if they played on a team like the texans with quarterbacks the way Andre Johnson has had to for most of his career, they wouldn't even remotely be in the discussion.
