Do you have all red small appliances? timvp just bought me a red Kitchen-Aid Mixer last week and I like the look. But I'm not sure I should go for all red stuff. What color are your countertops and cabinets?

LOL, you - cortezs? Couldn't have guessed. I used to rock the cortezs but just doesn't work on my white ass as well as the mexis...just a fact. Though im due for a pair soon and they are a good value-though whites get dirty way to quick

Some of your parents are seriously loaded... who the spends upwards of $1000 on christmas?? That is insane...

I got 3 'Top Gear' DVDs, 2 fantasy novels, a couple of generic t-shirts, an animal (from the muppets) t-shirt, an alarm-clock and figurines (err, wtf?) and a promise of some help from the old man to replace the gross sink in the bathroom to a nice pedestal basin (that we paid for)...

All up, minus labour, maybe $130 (from 4 different people)

Oh, and my grandma died. So all up, it was a below average christmas. (Completely unrelated to presents, presents were great)

We decided to just make it a really good Christmas for the kids. My mother in law got us a lot of Cuban goodies from a little Cuban store not too far from us. Season passes to Sea World so we can take the kiddos.
