The Great American People have already decided to MANDATE taxpayer-financed hosptials/ERs to accept everybody and anybody who can't pay.
For a war-loving, murderous country like the US, this mandate is strangely humanitarian.
If you don't like that, then vote that way next election, county/state/federal, so your eugenics gets rid of the blacks, hispanics, poor white trash who are, every one of them, fradulant, lazy-assed, St Ronnie's Cadillac Queens.
