BTW Kobe didn't seem ticked, just defensive about it. He lives and works in a world of Manly-Man-Testosterone! where doing a photo shoot like that is a little outside the mainstream, shall we say. Not surprised to see him backpedal, he is sensitive to the criticism that he isn't "tough" or "street" or whatever and this definitely doesn't help. In Europe, few would care, here it's a big deal.

That said, the photos are pretty funny... which is part of the point of them of course.
