    It seems the body language points to Phil just not addressing Kobe. While amusing that 'Kobe leaves Phil hanging' youtube clip was quite telling.



    You don't have to have a buddy-buddy relationship between your coach and your players. But I am sure the coach would be less stressed out if he could have a star that would defer to the coach on occasion...
