Technically there are 7 states in the United States that DO NOT HAVE INCOME TAX:
Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington & Wyoming.

So that removes games played in Miami, Orlando, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio. All those games played there, if they live in that state, they don't pay a LOCAL Tax.

Additionally, in New Hampshire and Tennessee, they pay a flat tax on any income over a certain level. For Memphis, they would pay a 6% tax on dividends and interest income over $1,250.

So if KBP can be like Pythagoras and show us the math, then instead of disdain, he might actually garner respect. But I doubt that he'll do it, because he's to busy crying... AS BE DAMNED.

"the president of Splitter's Spanish League club said he expects the 6-foot-11 Brazilian to make the jump to America next season."

So instead of wasting my time by reading all 3 pages of the thread can I make a stab at what is going on?
Fake Greek poster tries to scare Spurs fans by saying that Splitter will be really over paid and offered a lot more money than the Spurs can offer. This statement is made out of his ass with no links or proof of Greek ability to actually pay.

Then everyone tries to be civil about this and asks for a logical link. Fake Greek poster gets defensive and says that it is a real story. Posters ask for a link again. Idiot fake Greek poster calls the posters that are being logical idiots and makes up a bunch of .

Then, the made-up is proven wrong and the fake Greek continues to call the logical posters idiots.

    So did I miss anything?
    Spot on.

Although, it's not a difficult thing to do in a KBP started thread.

It's been too long since we've had a really good KBP vs. ChumpDumper thread.
May it continue for 20 more pages!
They're my favorite events on Spurstalk, bar none.

Hey, KBP, did you find that CBA article with the income tax payment schedule on it yet?

Olympiacos has offer to Vassilis Spanoulis a contract that in NBA money is 3 years and $43.5 million ($14.5 million per season).

This will be highest contract in Europe. So if Spanoulis signs this contract then market for Splitter in Europe will be set. This can be maybe what he can ask for in Europe if some team will pay it like maybe Real Madrid.

Remember also in Europe not counted in the salary is a free house, free utilities, and a free car.

It seems if Splitter takes MLE to come to Spurs he is doing a huge favor for them when consider how much Spanoulis is offered in Europe.
This is very very sad news.

Greek government wants to tax all basketball clubs at 80%. All the clubs will have to shut down if this happens.

San Antonio & Texas have no income taxes. FEd taxes are uniform. Pay more in Canada but you have health care. Splitter will come if he's ready to move up to the next challange. If it's about money he should stay in Europe.
