You need to chill out and grow up. Men look at hot women. I live in a college town and there is no way to discern betw a 16-18 yr old HS girl and a college girl. I do not know where you live, but have you seen 16-18 yr old females?
They are just as physically developed as any 18- 20 yr old female. Just watch the pro tennis circuit, you can not tell which girl is 15 and whick is 19. Women are ready to have children at 14, and their bodies are completely developed at that age in most cases.
So, if tlong, or anyone happens to see some hot girl walk by, there is no way that he will be able to tell if she is 18 or not.
Laws are made to protect girls under 18 from having sex, not from men looking at them.
