Charges will not be filed, but things are not well in Denver right now. He tried to choke the kid, and the kid called the cops." Smith, who is due to be traded soon, spent time in jail last year, George Karl is sick, they fired the core of the front office and haven't hired a new general manager yet, and it sounds like Carmelo Anthony is on his way out of town after the season.
