Circuit City is in hadcore financial problems and are SHUTTING stores down, not opening them.

I would assume quite a bit that the plan for CC to occupy that space is out the door.

That may be true but CC just (within two weeks) opened a brand new store in new construction in McKinney.

Then again the demographics in McKinney are just a little different than those on the Southside.
