    LMAO "based just on WC performances..." Sneijder was an integral part of Inter's Champions League campaign, as Forlan was with Athletico's Europa League win. Without either of them, neither team wins anything. Not to mention their (MUCH) better performances than Messi in the WC. Barca just won the crappy La Liga, and thanks in large part to his brilliant teammates.

    Where did I say that Sneijder and Forlan didn't have good seasons outside the WC? (although Forlan did have a subpar "La liga" tournament for his standards)

    I just said that if we only use the WC to determine the FIFA world player then the winner should be either Forlan or Sneijder, 'cause they were the two best players of the tournament, not that the only good thing they did all season was their performance in the WC (Sneijder had an excellent season all around).

    I know that you have something against Argentines, but at least try to read well a comment before starting one of your xenophobic rants.
