That was a nice throw.
Change my comment from "today" to "the second half" then.

I'm sure that gave you a hard on.
Lol I like Randy Moss.
Apparently, if you criticize a player, you hate him. And if you like a player, you have to stay on his nutsack.
Criticizing a player for talking about his contract like every other player does and then admitting you hold him to higher standards than other receivers is what I consider hating.
Where was all your talk about Revis being selfish during his holdout?
Three things about this game.
1. lol 2nd half collapse on the road. Guess we're in for another year of that .
2. Brady isn't elite anymore. Putting him in the same category as Manning or Brees is laughable. He's a glorified Romo. Puts up pretty looking numbers but never delivers when it matters.
3. This is the worst pass rush in NFL history.
Hory . Why are you throwing in the towel for Brady already?
The knee isn't an excuse anymore. And his biggest problem isn't lack of protection or insecurity in the pocket, it's the fact that he's making stupid ass decisions with the football.
The worst part is they don't give a anymore. The "Us against the world" you swagger they had in 2007 is completely gone, now they start off the game strong with that swagger but then at some point they lose it and start coasting. Bill Belichick is also no longer some coaching genius. The way they abandoned the run for no reason contributed hugely to the loss.
4 more years of uninspired Brady, then it's time for the rebuilding to start.
Can't wait.
Please. Brady wont let the team keep up like this for 4 years. They retool the D and suddenly they are elite again.
The defense making Mark Sanchez look like Joe Montana was a problem, but it didn't lose the game.
Brady forcing idiotic passes and not being able to take advantage of Revis being out was the problem. The O-line gave him great protection for the large majority of the game.
Brady's got a hot ass wife and 2 kids. He's lost the edge he used to have, he's gotten complacent, and unlike earlier in his career where he wouldn't sleep all night after losing games, he'll sleep just fine tonight. He's saying all the right things to the media, but it's obvious he isn't as dedicated as he was back when the team was winning Super Bowls.
My favorite (not really) play was when Kyle Wilson was guarding Gronk after New England decided to abandon the run. What the is the point in drafting two tight ends if you're not gonna use play action/the running game to get them matchups against linebackers, if the were gonna go empty backfield so much they might as well have drafted Aralius Benn instead of Gronk.
Brady will never let the team suck. He's not that bad.
They'll go 10-6ish for the next 4 years, maybe win a playoff game, maybe not. That's about it. Then hopefully Brady goes and plays for the 49ers the last year or two of his career and the Patriots can rebuild.
Or we can hope for something like spygate to happen again where brady and BB get a ton of criticism and are motivated to go out and show the world whats up.
You guys sound like Spurs fans after a loss, TBH, especially with the Belichick criticism..
It's just one game, they can't win them all..Jets are a good team, at home, and they were in danger of going 0-2 and having their season collapse..
It's gotta be that got ass haircut.
lol Moss having 0 receptions after having the sickest catch of the young season so far
The goods tbh.
I feel this is mono's way out of anything. He's hoping the Pats can turn it around and use the anti-jinx card. If not, he can always say he was right. The Pats will at least get to an AFC championship in the next 4 years.
You're overthinking it. Brady looked like he honestly didn't give a . It's not about reverse jinxes/being able to say you were right, it's about what was obvious. Here comes a joke about how I'm mimicking mono, but Brady's lack of desire was very apparent during the game.
I remember hearing about how during the off season Peyton analyzed every single snap he took from last season. What he did during the play, what his teammates did, and what the defenders did. He spent hours upon hours upon hours in the film room doing that because he still has that drive to do whatever it takes to win. Tom Brady does not seem like he has that drive anymore. He obviously still wants to win, but I'm not sure if he's willing to sacrifice time with his family to analyze film and pay that much attention to detail like franchise QBs need to do. I'm not saying "TRADE BRADY!!!", he's by far their best available option, but he's no longer a guy who feels like putting a team on his back for an entire season.
Brady was never in the same category as Manning. That's the problem.
You completely missed the point of what I was saying.
