No. I'm saying that doctors pick Medicare over other forms of insurance, however. I'm not sure if the scenario you painted above exists but it certainly does not need to exist for my point to be true.

Yes. Its a problem when private insurer holders run into the same problem. In other words, its far from a Medicare specific problem so how does it make Medicare worse than private insurers?It is a problem for those who experience it.
