Well the guard rotation come play off time will be TP, Hill, Manu and some other guy a few minutes: temple or neal or anderson. Manu can play pg with Hill no problem.
Marcus Cousin
Alonzo Gee
James Gist
Curtis Jerrells
Gary Neal
Bobby Simmons
Garrett Temple
i never bought that Hill was a pg. he can't run it properly because he doesn't set people up at this point in his career. it takes him away from what he's good at, which is scoring of the dribble and get set-up by other people for threes. i'd like to see more of Manu at back-up point.

Agreed. He's a SG... I know Pop has tried hard to turn him into a PG, but I don't see it. He just doesn't have that kind of feel for the game (at least yet), IMO.
I see CJ is leading here right now...
I'll just say that I like what he did on defense. Right now, I don't think the Spurs problems really hinge on the offensive power, so to me the priority is to find people that can actually play some D. That's why I wouldn't cut him after this first game.
man its sad that everyone picked CJ, he played pretty well out there.
CJ seemed to figure some things out during Summer League, and by the end he was playing really solid defense, was taking care of the ball and was really running the offense. The only knock against the guy is that he's a chucker. Too many Spurs fans vote on crap like this and never actually watched the players involved.
No matter how good Jerrells is, he's playing for a spot on another team right now. We're stocked up on guards. If he was 3pt specialist, then maybe he'd have a chance.
Kirk Penney all the way.
The Spurs need point guards and defenders way more than they need another guy who can jack up threes.
