    I'm glad for him and I will gladly eat crow if he continues this way all season and into the playoffs. This is the type of ball he will need to play in order for the Spurs to be contenders...and at the end of the day that is all that I want.

    I agree. RJ was getting beat by 37 year old Grant Hill. And Hill was the MVP of the Mavs series. RJ only played well in Game 2 but the other games he was around the 4th or 5th option.

    I believe he'll play much better this year in the playoffs though. He won't waste all that hard work.

    Richard Jefferson scored 18 points, hitting three of his five 3s in the fourth quarter, and the Spurs won their fourth straight to maintain the NBA's best record with a 108-92 victory over the Hawks on Friday night.
