    I'll admit to being something of a bandwagoner in this sense: I grew up cheering for the Cowboys and still follow that team closer than any other.

    But I have 2 high school teammates in the NFL, and since I appreciate and respect both of them, I feel obliged to root for their teams, so I've become a bandwagon Chiefs and Eagles fan -- I get really conflicted when either of those teams plays the Cowboys. Still, if there is a Chiefs/Eagles Super Bowl in the next couple of seasons, I'm spending whatever it takes to get there.

    Kalu is supposedly wearing a Tim Duncan jersey his first day of camp. They interviewed him after the Spurs won and he was very happy. I don't root for the Eagles or Chiefs but have always supported SA players who make it.

    Sounds right. I'd be surprised if Priest doesn't do a similar thing along the way; though the out-front style is much more N.D. than Priest. Priest has been a Spurs season ticket holder for a number of years now. He basically lives in SA, and commutes to work in Kansas City. He has a house there, but its pretty much empty; he flies home every Tuesday during the NFL season to be with his family; and he spends almost the entire winter, spring, and summer in SA.

    Kalu actually lives in Houston now (in the same neighborhood as David Carr, I'm told), but comes back from time-to-time.

    I wouldn't count on it. They still don't have a defense that is very good and they still have Kerry Collins carrying the offense. The AFC is too stacked for them to make a Super Bowl appearance. They will make the playoffs but my prediction is they will be out in the first round.

    Graduated from Marshall HS in 87, been a Chiefs fan since a child (Grandpa was from KC). Still don't know why I don't own a Holmes jersey yet
    I graduated from Taft in 87...did my first two years at Marshall. Small world.

    Thats the spirit...a true blue Oilers fan. I know a few people like that..although probably a minority, they really don't like the Texans but still think of the Oilers.
