I hate to break it to you but the Spurs have been Duncan's team for a long time now, 99 yeah although tim still carried them on offense David was still the leader. By 03 it was all tim, he was mvp of the league 2nd year in a row and carried them to that 2nd le D-Rob was just a presence and a vocal leader at that point he only had like 8 and 8 a game that year. Manu and Tony had not developed their game yet, especially Manu he was streaky as all . Duncan led the way in 03 and he will do it again in 05.
