where is eva when u need her?
manu had more turnovers in the second half then tp
yeah tp hasn't been playing well but someone else needs to step up 2....gary neal is not playing well....blair is not playing well....
5-14 shooting not great he got blocked 4 times
5 rebounds 5 assist 2 steals 6 turnovers
one as neals fault he was suppose to be in the corner
not a great night but had more right to be on the court then rj
It was a terrible night and so far a pathetic series. Tony was the Spurs best player during the regular season and he needs to play like that in the playoffs for us to have a chance
Manu 4th quarter points '03 Finals Game 6, '05 Finals Game 7 and '07 Finals Game 4: 30
Tony 4th quarter points '03 Finals Game 6, '05 Finals Game 7 and '07 Finals Game 4: 0
Ducks 4th quarter points '03 Finals Game 6, '05 Finals Game 7 and '07 Finals Game 4: 0
Actually all six of Tony's turnovers were in the second half, four in the third quarter. But thanks for playing.
I've been trying to get this point across. Parker is the Spurs best player and he isn't even showing up on the radar this series.
Seriously, you're re ed. All six of his turnovers were in the second half. Pop benched him for a reason, because he was playing awful. If he was kicking ass, he'd be in there.
Except for a brief stretch in 2009 when he had to be by default, Tony has never been the team's best player. 90% of the time he hasn't even been the second best. Anyone who thinks he's the team's best player doesn't understand basketball.
Should of clarified, I'm talking of 2010-11 Parker only.
And I repeat, except for a stretch in 2009, Tony was NEVER the team's best player. Most consistent maybe, but not the best. He was third on the team in PER, like he is every year.
He is probably sending sms to anybody's else wife![]()
Who is the one furthest off his per this series?
http://blog.mysanantonio.com/spursna...o-tony-parker/Five quick thoughts: What has happened to Tony Parker?
Tim Griffin
...Some might say that Parker’s exposure has occurred because Manu Ginobili is playing at much less than 100 percent and an aging Tim Duncan is nowhere near the player he was earlier in his Hall of Fame career. The Spurs have counted on Parker, and he hasn’t been able to provide much in the first three games.
2. The injury in the fourth quarter sustained by Antonio McDyess could potentially have some serious ramifications for the Spurs. McDyess has been the most effective of the San Antonio defenders against Randolph and Marc Gasol. If he can’t play, it will alter the rotation and really limit San Antonio’s interior defense. But it might make those angry posters on the message boards and the chat rooms happy in at least one sense. Tiago Splitter might be forced to get his first playing time of the series if McDyess can’t play.![]()
