Best 6th man of the decade, easily. Might go as far as to say in the top 5 foreign players in NBA history.
classic Manufan argument
"if you took the numbers he puts up in 25 minutes per game as the 6th man who mostly played against the other team's 2nd unit, and stretched those numbers out over 36 minutes against starting players, he'd have great stats
"

Manu has over achieved more than anyone in the league. For his level of skill, athleticism and such, he's gotten more accolades and awards than anyone I can think of. He's a decent outside shooter, his form isn't great to say the least. He plays on the edge of ball control all the time. Some times his antics cost the team as much as they help at other times.
What he has though you cannot teach. He has an insatiable desire to win, and he's absolutely fearless. I hear that a lot about this or that player, but there are only a handful of players that I can recall that have had that level of tenacity. Kobe used to have it, now he's more of a relic on the court. MJ had it, but he had the goods to go with it and wasn't out of control, he just did what he wanted and you couldn't do anything about it. A lot of other players knew their abilities and played within them with the occasional jaunt to a different realm. Ginobili does things that seem impossible, and that almost no one else would even attempt because there seems to be nothing in it (like swatting a bat or diving out of bounds for a loose ball when it's too late to make a difference). He has one gear only. That's why he's hurt all the time.
So Manu Ginobili is good because he swatted a bat?
lol Spur fans are so damn ignorant when it comes to Manu. the dude is good and even very good, but come on people. wake the up and take your homer glasses off.
No, he makes stupid decisions, like swatting a bat or jumping out of bounds when he's not going to make a difference in the outcome of the game.
Wasn't that clear?
manu was da best 6th man of the past decade, he is the true #1 of the spurs right now and the spurs are better a team then dem mavs also. manu > dirk
veeeery subtle
Damn, that was Monica Lewinski suckage right there, hope you didn't get any on your dress
Manu is good. He is a hall of famer.
Why do you do this Riddler thing btw?
So he is a hall of famer because of what he did overseas or what he did here? And answer the riddle yourself
Both? He would be borderline based on NBA. In combo with overseas, it's obvious.
The Gold Medal is huge.
I asked a question with no facade. What riddle are you talking about?
Same reason you post here
Seems overdone to me. Unless you want it to be a troll thing. The sig is kinda annoying, and the Riddler was never a great villain to begin with... too similar to the Joker tbh.
My Joker troll account never got approved, Riddler's more serious anyway![]()
I see... was always a Mr Freeze fan myself. Well, good luck with the whole Riddler/NYC fan/Manu hater thing.
no he wasn't. If all he had to go on was his NBA career the HOF wouldn't even be discussed regarding Manu.
Second best player of the dynasty run after TD?.... how many dynasty's have one HOF during the run? In that case, Duncan should be GOAT.
He wasn't even on one of the teams, he averaged like 7 points per game on another, and in 2007 Parker was just as much the #2 as he was.
He was only the clear cut 2nd option on 1 championship team.Manufan revising history
eh, just a matter of opinion. -/+ Admiral for Manu during the run.
I see your points and like I said, you're invalidating Manu's impact, while increasing Duncan's worth.... makes him the obvious player of the post MJ era if you want to downplay Manu.
