    We felt George Hill deserves a going away party for many many reasons .
    He did alot for the community as well for kids.Hill shows love to the city , artist , business owners , fans etc thats why we show him love BACK!!!!!

    if that was on the northside then it would had NBA level talent, but since it looks like it is inside the loop you get the D-league talent.

    it's pretty sad that this moment was the highlight of George Hill's career as a Spur.

    IMO this GH experiment gets a B-
    I think that's a fitting grade. I like George Hill, and IMO he overachieved from what I expected of him, but he was never an impact player for the Spurs. He was an average defender in spite of the effort he showed, and average point guard, and decent two for being too small to play that position. The Spurs did nothing in the playoffs while he was here, which wasn't necessarily his fault, but he certainly wasn't a difference maker. He's no where close to being as impactful as Bruce was to this team. I judge a lot based on what a player brings in the post season. That's what makes guys like Manu, Tim and Bruce legendary. Hill's time in San Antonio will be marked by zero post season success.

    I think the Spurs were willing to roll the dice that they can upgrade by moving him. He'll probably do well in Indiana.
