There should be a new rule in college and pros that if an injury timeout is called, the player who is supposedly "injured" needs to sit out the rest of the series.
Was there a series where they didn't? I didn't see if any of the defenders came back in...

Didn't watch tbh, just saw speculation of fake injuries and decided to get on my rule change soap box.
Couldn't agree more, though. I was reading on TexAgs that at least one player came back in the game 2 plays later. So...[shrug]
yeah they were faking injuries, teams do it to tech all the time because of the no huddle they run
and our fans are so ing re ed it's not even funny. everyone acts all shocked when a&m is running the ball down our throat every play. We suck at defending the run and a&m is a great rushing team so........ Ever since that 08 team, people have ridiculous expectations for a team that's not even that good
You nailed it. The game was gonna come down to which inferior D sucked less: A&M's secondary or Tech's inability to stop the run.
Ags lucked out.
As an aside, turns out the buses that were vandalized were simply the buses A&M rented from a local business in Lubbock to get around in.

Yup knew their run game was good....the blocked fg was the game changer though. Our young squad kept up with a pretty good aggy team though, the future is definitely bright for this team.
Trent Hunter might be the worst safety in football. On any level.
i think our secondary has improved from the earlier weeks. unfortunately our run defense is gonna suck ass the rest of the season
anyway, i think our best case scenario is 4 losses vs OU, OSU, and UT and hopefully win the rest of our games
OSU-i think we'll put up enough points to make the score look respectable but definitely not a game we'll win
@ UT- even though they looked terrible yesterday can't see us beating them with the ground game they have
@ OU- lol....

Faking or not, this should be the rule.

Next year, Tech's schedule looks pretty nice.
No game at College Station, home vs UT, home vs OU and Okie St will lose old man Weeden.
Should finally be a BCS bowl.
thats about the only thing I take from the win. many of the issues that plagued us against osu and arky, reared their ugly head again.
tekk scoring at the end their was incredibly unsatisfactory...
