Golden State, Houston and Nets are all after Tyson hard per Marc Stein w/ Golden State likely the best fit.

Tyson on the Warriors would be a good fit (assuming he stays healthy again). They would have finally made a smart move instead of getting a bunch of odd ducks that are just offensively talented and awkward with regards to a true position.
Curry/Monta/Wright/Lee/Chandler is a solid line up if Jackson can get them to play with any sort of discipline.
What's funny is I don't think I even included Kyle Arrington in that prediction and he's leading the NFL in interceptions
Chandler put Dallas over the top because he brought them some defensive intensity, but he wasn't wholly responsible for them ringing. I'd venture to say it was like 60% Dirk, 20% Kidd, 20% Chandler et al. He was to Dallas like Robert Horry was to the Spurs in 05 and 07: a valuable and maybe even necessary piece to complete the puzzle, but he wasn't the major contributor in putting it together. That doesn't make him a max dollar kind of player.
Guys like Tim, Dirk, Kobe in their primes...guys that can bring it offensively every night, draw double teams, make teammates better, and be defensive stalwarts...those are guys who deserve 20M per.
Chandler was just a glorified role player; nothing more, nothing less. He deserves a good payday after what he did for the Mavs, but he is seriously overestimating his self worth.

And it doesn't matter really. Saying the Mavs wouldn't ring/thinking the Mavs weren't a real contender isn't 1/100th as stupid as thinking the 2011 Suns were winning the Western conference and being sure of it.

By their logic, everyone has been wrong so no one can talk. There is no perfection, even during a le run. Some guys win more than they lose (me) and others don't (you) and that's just the way it is.

He's not going to get 20M. But I also didn't believe everyone who thought for some reason he would be getting a pay cut after the year he had and with how big men are at a premium. We will see who is right. TC (on ST) said he's staying, I said he'll make more than 10M, so we will see who starts the year off on the right foot. If you are wrong once, yer done for the year per Tyson's rules
